1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, and if you sign up via Google/Apple/Microsoft/Facebook, basic profile information provided by that service.
• Onboarding responses: income type, income band, household size, and relocation priorities you provide during onboarding, used to personalize your results.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general app interaction data.
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number or payment credentials ourselves.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize the App’s core functionality (scoring, recommendations, Compare tool).
• To process subscription payments and manage your account tier.
• To send you service-related communications (account, billing, security notices).
• To send you marketing communications (relocation tips, country updates, app news) — only if you have explicitly opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers necessary to operate the App (e.g., our payment processor, our email service provider for marketing communications you’ve opted into, our authentication provider).
• As required by law.

4. Marketing Communications

If you opt in to marketing emails, your email address is shared with our email service provider solely to deliver those communications. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time using the "Delete Account" option in your Profile settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account will also cancel that subscription.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise your deletion right directly via the "Delete Account" option in Profile, or withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email.
